'At first we were told that he had been deported to Israel, but he never arrived in Israel. Then we were told that he had been locked up at the Patton state mental hospital in San Bernadino, CA. A call to that facility (909) 425-7543 will obtain a claim that they do not have him. We called the Twin Towers Correctional Facialty in Los Angeles at 213 473-6080, and reached an employee who admitted that Joseph Moshe has been held there since 8-13-2009. He is charged with "violating a court order". He has a Court Date on 01/25/2010 at Los Angeles Municipal Court (DIV 141) located at 11701 S. La Cienega Blvd. Los Angeles, CA.

Joseph Moshe, Los Angeles, former Israeli Mossad agent and virus/vaccine scientist specialized in biological warfare who warned in August 2009 that a biological weapon was being prepared by Baxter International’s Ukraine plant. 'The man incarcerated Joseph Moshe is being held without bond or bail on Charge Level: M (Misdemeanor). Arrest made by LAPD-METRO. Held at Twin Towers since 8/13. How did he get charged with a misdemeanor when the story is he threatened the white house and then took all sorts of gas to the face after high tech weapons disabled his vehicle and presumably cell phone. This guy is STILL in jail, no bond, no bail, on a MISDEMEANOR?He's not facing federal charges. Is his 80 something year old mother talking? SOMETHING is really wrong here even if he ISN'T the biologist people think that he is.'

If 911 suspects are entitled to due process, so is Moshe. Where is it?
Conspiracy theories, dumb as most are, aren’t illegal. If the arrest is based on a conspiracy theory, why?
Wrongful arrest is a serious issue in this case because of the amount of force used. There’s no indication from the appallingly little information available that Moshe’s “misdemeanor” warranted such use of force.
